On May 16th, 2014 little Nathaniel Eugene Nuanes was born. Shortly after Nathaniel’s birth the doctors realized his lips turning blue due to lack of oxygen to his right side of his heart; Nathaniel was airlifted to a hospital from Clovis, N.M to Albuquerque N.M where he later had his first heart procedure. Nathaniel had to have a shunt (a little tube) inserted in one of his valves to help oxygen get to his lungs and heart, Nathaniel was under medical paralysis for the first month of his life, due to being fully under he lost abilities to learn how to drink from his baby bottle which led Nathaniel to get a feeding tube, He is now in the hospital for his third procedure which is open heart surgery, the surgeon had to go in Nathaniel’s heart and remove some of the muscle around the right side of his heart to help blood flow through the heart at four months old Nathaniel is now recovering from his surgery but due to so many surgeries in such a short time his family is on the verge of loosing their home and vehicle and everything they have worked so hard for. They are asking for help to move their son Nathaniel from the small town they live in to Albuquerque so he is closer to medical attention, they thank you for taking the time to read this and possibly help their family in these hard times.  Thank you and God bless.

Love is in Yo Face is a gospel stage play written, directed and produced by Monie Jonezy. The production is told from the perspective of the Williams family; a God-fearing bunch.

Mama Gene, the matriarch of the family inherits a soul food restaurant from her parents who passed away. The family endures the struggles of keeping the restaurant open while others in the family go through a multitude of trials and tribulations.

The family faces the spiritual burden of deciding between what they want and what they believe God is asking of them. Love is in Yo Face chronicles the happenings of the Williams family as they work to maintain their faith in God.

With music by Damon Jones, choreography and design by Tisha Wacays, Love is in Yo Face is a beautiful example of strength and the core values of family.

Opening weekend at Cleo Parker Robinson dance studio in Denver, Love is in Yo Face will run throughout the weekend of June 28th and June 29th. Starring Pastor Chalise Rollerson, Tony Exum, Cicely O’Kain, Jovan Birotte and more.
